Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of San Diego County, California who are at least 18 years old at time of entry, are homeowners (not renters), and reside within Sponsor’s service area.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and Administrator and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period

Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. PT on 01/18/26 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on 02/28/2026.

How to Enter

There are two free methods of entry. Limit one (1) entry per person/email during the Promotion Period unless Sponsor states otherwise in writing.

Method A - Online Entry:

• Complete the entry form on the on-site tablet OR complete a paper entry sheet at a participating event booth.

Entries must include all required fields on the form (e.g., name, email, phone (optional), service address/zip, and marketing consent if selected). Incomplete or ineligible entries are void.

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 03/02/26 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

Sponsor or Administrator will attempt to notify the potential winner via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the draw. If a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize

Prize: One (1) water heater and standard installation provided by Sponsor (or Sponsor’s contractor). Installation is permitted only in an owner-occupied primary residence.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $6,389. Actual prize components (model, scope, scheduling, permitting if applicable) will be determined by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and city for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs integrity.

Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
