By signing up for this membership, you agree to a 12-month commitment. Should you cancel before
the end of the 12-month period, you may incur charges to cover any maintenance costs and the
value of any discounts applied. Your credit card information will be securely stored on file
for the purpose of automatic billing, either monthly or annually, based on the membership plan
you select.
Disclaimer: I agree that all visits must be used within the term of the
membership; visits may not roll over to the following year and will be dismissed if not used.
West Coast will contact clients to schedule visits, but clients are ultimately responsible for
scheduling visits. West Coast Credit has no cash value and may only be used toward the purchase
of HVAC replacement units. West Coast Credit is not transferable and any balance will be
forfeited if not used upon termination of club membership. Upon cancellation, any unpaid balance
for services rendered will become due. Membership may be transferred from one owner to another.
Membership may also transfer with the original owner to another address; however, additional
fees may apply. I understand the monthly or annual payment option will continue until written
notice of termination is received.
